The Water Bomber Pilot program will provide with indepth and first hand knowledge of the craft. The training captain on our water bomber aircraft has been in the water bombing business since 1979. Captain White has been engaged in forest fire missions in every province and every territory of Canada, as well as North Carolina and the United States. Presently flies as Captain on CL215 and has acted as training captain for several years in a multi CL215 operation. The training you will receive in GFT in the water bombing sector will be a complete ground school on forest fire applications, protection of valuables, firefighting strategies, types of fuel, and various models of forest fire suppression utilized around Canada.
